Our STORM Team members often have experience in OR a passion for: sports, acting, fitness, working as a camp counselor, coaching, teaching, or organizing events!

Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Inspire and serve as a role model for students at all times
• Lead brief leadership and fitness lessons and engage with students during the after-school program
• Must have basic knowledge in navigating the google (i.e. Gmail)
• Encourage students' participation by using your own flare to group sessions.

Requirements:

• Strong character with leadership skills and integrity
• Must be willing to pass a background check
• Ability to build strong connections with children and lead by example
• You're always early to any event or appointment
• A positive, "can-do" attitude
• Reliable transportation (travel to multiple sites)
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Availability during regular school hours (Monday - Friday)

Details:

• Location: West Sacramento Elementary schools
• Start date: January 2025, with full-time options available throughout the 2024-2025 school year and evaluation.
• Travel: Daily travel required
• Compensation: Based on experience (will be discussed in the interview)
