A fast-growing Internet Marketplace startup is looking for a Strategic Projects Lead to own end-to-end customer engagements and drive high-impact solutions for top-tier startups and enterprises .
This is a mission-critical role , sitting at the intersection of operations, account management, and product . You’ll work closely with founders, internal teams, and customers to ensure seamless project delivery and build long-term relationships with companies that are using the platform to meet their business objectives.

Who You Are
1-5 years of experience in operations, account management, recruiting, or product —ideally with exposure to high-growth startups or marketplace models .
Strong relationship builder who thrives in customer-facing roles and can quickly establish trust.
Highly organized and detail-oriented , with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities .
Analytical and strategic , able to problem-solve and optimize processes on the fly .
Startup-minded – comfortable in a fast-paced, "ship fast and break things" environment.
