Seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst for a Full-Time/Perm/Onsite position located in Louisville Colorado.

- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
- This is an ONSITE position and is not remote
- Offered salary is $28/hr to $30/hr
- This a full-time/perm/W2 position, not a contract job, not Corp-to-Corp
Responsibilities include
- Day-to-day Service Desk operations.
- Incident and Service Request Tickets
- Raising Change Request for Engineering
- Asset Inventory Updates
- Knowledge Base Updates
- Escalate tickets to the Service Delivery Manager
- Supporting the following:
- Microsoft Windows 10 & 11 Operating Systems
- Active Directory and Azure AD
- Microsoft 365 E5 application stack, including SharePoint
- 3CX Telephony
- PrinterLogic Print Management
- Internal booking system
- Freshservice ITSM
- Onboarding and Offboarding accounts through Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Processing imaging of end-user devices through Microsoft Autopilot and Microsoft Intune
- Creating and updating training resources for our knowledge base and providing training
- Carry out in-person training and mentoring should the need arise.
- Providing hardware support
- Hands-on testing and troubleshooting of hardware, including laptops, monitors and headsets.
- Desk setups, including network cabling.
- Meeting room equipment checks.
- Ensuring all assets are recorded and updated correctly
Requirements
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365
- Experience supporting Active Directory and Azure AD
- Experience using Microsoft Intune & Autopilot is a plus
- Freshservice experience or equivalent
- PrinterLogic experience or equivalent
- 3CX experience or equivalent
Salary : $28 - $30
