Manager, Business Payments Operations Expedia’s Business Payment Operations (BPO) team elevates EGP’s global traveler payment & merchant fee performance utilizing existing analytics & next-gen analytics. BPO is the conduit into payment platform monitoring and leverages EG ecosystem to address payment & merchant fee opportunities. We serve as a resource for leaders across our division and upholding world-class reporting of core KPI’s. The Manager, Business Payment Operations role will also promote both continuous improvement and continuous learning among Sr. Analyst employees, so they maintain a high degree of agility in meeting the changing needs of our business. In this role, you will : Lead & own a KPI domain including merchant fees & brand commercial support Work with key stakeholders to enhance awareness of EGP’s analytics capabilities Guide and support Sr. Analysts on the team, including analytic working sessions Present KPI metrics to cross-functional teams (EGP & Core Services); who are also responsible for enhancements to KPI’s. Analyze & investigate KPI challenges, leveraging analytical tools (must be self-driven & work effectively in high demand environment) Work with technical and non-technical audiences / internal & external to drive issues to resolution Work on various investigations simultaneously and collaborate with internal / external teams to positively impact KPIs Attention to detail, & ability to document work via SOP’s Other aspects of LODO include 1.) Work directly with external partners 2.) Know Your Customer (KYC) onboard EG legal entities 3.) Invoice Processing 4.) Card Testing Support Experience & Qualifications : Self-efficient and self-starter Independent thinker able to resolve independently in complex environments Practical and confident presenting to large audiences Exhibits excellent skills in visualizing highly complex data effectively. Strong written and oral communication skills. Maintains poise during critical incidents / challenges Ability to handle multiple priorities with a high degree of flexibility and accountability, in a constantly fast-evolving environment . Technically adept. Tableau required; training provided. Knowledge of SQL is beneficial. LI-MC1 The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $110,500.00 to $155,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
