Job Title: Payment Processing Specialist
Location: Remote or hybrid candidates preferred in the tri-state area (NY and NJ).
Job Summary:
The Payment Processing Specialist is responsible for processing various currency payment instructions in compliance with Firm policies and procedures. This includes handling both manual instructions (e.g., fax) and automated instructions (e.g., SWIFT).
The role demands meticulous entry and verification of instructions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining quality standards and controls. Additionally, the specialist will research and process instructions in the Keystone system and respond to inquiries from Account Executives and internal teams.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of USD and Foreign Currency Payment Processing; familiarity with Keystone and RightFax is a plus.
- Hours: 10:30 AM β 6:30 PM; holiday coverage required.
