Job Description

As a Treatment Process Coordinator at Expedient Staffing Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of industrial groundwater treatment projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with project teams, monitoring project progress, and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinating project activities, including planning, execution, and closure, to meet project objectives and timelines.
• Managing project teams, including engineers, operators, and contractors, to ensure effective implementation of treatment processes.
• Monitoring and reporting project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and taking corrective action when necessary.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring open communication and conflict resolution.
• Conducting site visits, meetings, and status updates to track performance, address issues, and ensure project milestones are met.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in managing industrial groundwater or wastewater treatment projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software, hardware, and technologies, including SCADA systems, electrical systems, and control systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
