Requirements:
Truck Ownership: Own a clean, decal-free box/straight truck (2011 or newer) with your own authority (MC and DOT displayed on the doors).
Active and athorised MC and DOT
Commercial Insurance: Have commercial insurance with unlimited radius coverage.
Insurance Coverage Minimums:
- Automobile Liability: $1,000,000
- Motor Truck Cargo: $100,000 with a $1,000 deductible.
