Requirements:
Truck Ownership: A clean, decal-free van high roof (2015 or newer).
MC AND DOT (BOTH ACTIVE)
Commercial Insurance: Coverage with an unlimited radius.
- Auto Liability: $1,000,000
- Motor Truck Cargo: $100,000 with a $1,000 deductible
