- Vehicle: Cargo or sprinter van, model year 2015 or newer hight roof extended (must be personally owned – no rentals or leases)
- Insurance: Commercial auto policy with unlimited radius
- Minimum Coverage:
- $1,000,000 in Auto Liability
- $100,000 in Cargo Insurance
- Ownership: You must be the registered owner of the vehicle (no hired or third-party drivers)
