- Vehicle: 2015 or newer cargo van or sprinter(must be owned, not leased or rented)
- Insurance: Commercial insurance with unlimited radius coverage
- Minimum Coverage: $1M Auto Liability & $100K Cargo Insurance
- Ownership: Must be the owner of the vehicle (no third-party drivers)
