The Workplace Experience Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring a clean, organized, and well-maintained facility. This role involves resetting meeting spaces, restocking supplies, and promptly reporting any facility issues to management. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands-on, non-desk-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the facility.
  • Reset and arrange meeting spaces as needed.
  • Monitor and restock office and facility supplies.
  • Identify and report maintenance or facility-related issues to the manager.
  • Provide general support to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace experience.

Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience as an office coordinator or in a similar role.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Willingness to travel (within approximately a one-hour drive or more).

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–2 years in a related role.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $23.00 - $24.85 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
