The Workplace Experience Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring a clean, organized, and well-maintained facility. This role involves resetting meeting spaces, restocking supplies, and promptly reporting any facility issues to management. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Reset and arrange meeting spaces as needed.
- Monitor and restock office and facility supplies.
- Identify and report maintenance or facility-related issues to the manager.
- Provide general support to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace experience.
Qualifications:
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience as an office coordinator or in a similar role.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Willingness to travel (within approximately a one-hour drive or more).
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–2 years in a related role.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Pay: $23.00 - $24.85 per hour
