you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests at a designated building. This role is part of the Workplace Experience function, ensuring seamless and professional interactions within the workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all employees, visitors, and guests, greeting them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Issue visitor and parking passes while adhering to security protocols.
- Answer telephone calls professionally, providing accurate information and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling recreational, dining, and business activities upon request.
- Manage janitorial and maintenance work orders as needed, ensuring timely resolution.
- Oversee workplace services, including mail distribution, office supply management, and employee onboarding support.
- Address and resolve employee, guest, and co-worker inquiries or complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Organize and manage on-site events, including securing event space, setup and teardown, and arranging necessary supplies.
- Follow and enforce property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying appropriate parties when necessary.
- Coordinate with vendors providing services or goods to the workplace.
- Communicate detailed information effectively within the team and execute tasks as directed by the manager.
- Utilize existing procedures to solve routine problems with limited discretion.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to follow structured work routines and adhere to operational standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey straightforward information effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
