Maintenance Technician

Job Overview:

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the facility operates efficiently. The role requires a hands-on approach to preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, and general facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned preventive maintenance (PM) tasks
• Inspect and maintain generators
• Check and repair plumbing systems
• Identify and address roof leaks
• Conduct general building maintenance and repairs
• Perform painting and touch-ups as needed
• Escort and assist vendors during on-site work

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 2-4 years of maintenance experience

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED

Technical Skills:

• Basic HVAC, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills
• CMMS experience preferred
• Basic computer proficiency
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift over 50 lbs

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $25.00 - $26.77 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
