Job Overview:
We are seeking an iLS Coordinator to support a short-term inventory project within a laboratory setting. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, familiarity with lab safety protocols, and the ability to efficiently manage and track assets using digital tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform inventory of laboratory equipment and assets
- Scan and catalog items using a mobile application (may require use of personal smartphone)
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
- Follow all safety protocols specific to laboratory environments
Required Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience working in a laboratory setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Comfortable using mobile apps and Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of and adherence to lab safety practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous data entry experience
Soft Skills:
