Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Consultant Care Specialist to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. This role is crucial in building strong relationships with consultants, ensuring their job satisfaction, and acting as a liaison between consultants and clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. The position involves overseeing the consultant lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and providing ongoing support to ensure successful engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Consultant Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for consultants throughout their engagement.
- Conduct regular check-ins with consultants to ensure job satisfaction and address concerns in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with consultants to foster a sense of trust and engagement.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Guide consultants through the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Assist with background checks, employment verification, and conducting orientation sessions to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Manage the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews, collecting feedback, and ensuring the completion of all final documentation.
Issue Resolution & Support:
- Address and resolve any concerns that consultants may have regarding workplace challenges, payroll discrepancies, or client expectations.
- Act as a mediator between consultants and clients to maintain positive and productive working relationships.
- Escalate any issues or complex concerns to the appropriate internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a consultant care, client relations, or HR support role, preferably in a staffing, consulting, or service-based industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interact effectively with consultants, clients, and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to identify issues, provide solutions, and manage conflict effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using HRIS, CRM, and other office software; ability to learn new tools quickly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,024.25 - $55,427.05 per year
