Job Summary
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your role is crucial in creating a positive experience for clients and visitors.
Summary: under general supervision, is responsible for professional staff work of routine through average difficulty.
In this position you will be responsible for receiving mail from across the state, completing data collection and data entry on the documents received and scanning documents into our system for further processing by another team. This will be a fast-paced position, training will be done on location with management and staff already working and some virtual training as well. Applicants should be dependable, with technical skills (familiar working with computers, printers & scanners), be able to work well within a large team and be willing to learn.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
