What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ground Worker / Lawn care position at Expedite Technology Solution?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cuts grass and does non-detailed trimming of trees and shrubs.
- Removes debris(natural or man-made) to improve campus appearance and to maintain
- campus safety.
- Operates trimmers, leaf blowers, mowers, tractors, and other equipment- both
motorized and non-motorized.safety measures.equipment on campus.
- Performs building maintenance work and custodial tasks as required by supervisor.
- Maintains campus safety by removing snow and ice from roads and walkways and other
- Performs basic routine maintenance on grounds equipment and other small engine
- Operates various state-owned vehicles both on and off campus.
- Maintains simple records and make routine reports to supervisor.
- Follows safety protocols and uses personal protective equipment as necessary.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
