Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Computerize and organize paperwork as needed
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established procedures
- Provide support to managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication
Requirements
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $12.68 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
