Creating and refining user stories.
Collaborating with business and product teams.
Managing aspects of light project management.
Conducting Underwriting and onboarding due diligence.
Project Details & Expectations
The application is designated as the company-wide underwriting tool.
Handling PII data is part of the role, though no audit-related responsibilities.
Core duties focus on risk management and underwriting.
Interview Process
First round : Hiring Manager & Current BA.
Second round : Product Team.
Work Environment
Fast-paced and dynamic team.
Time zone preference : EST (95% of the team is based in India).
Working hours : 8 AM - 5 PM EST.
Performance Expectations (First 30-60 Days)
