Qualifications:
- Experience: 2–4 years in general maintenance or a similar role.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Skills and Proficiencies:
- Basic mechanical skills for routine maintenance tasks.
- Strong verbal communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors.
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Certifications/Licenses: None required.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and ability to perform minor repairs.
- HVAC system familiarity.
- Experience with basic electrical repairs beyond light bulb replacement.
