The candidate must have a passion for developing digital and technology powered products that blend seamlessly with customers' workflows and provide the right information at the right time. The individual must possess technical expertise, project and stakeholder management experience and have strong working knowledge of engineering, agile software development and support processes. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, driven to constantly look for ways to improve their products to optimize journeys, tackle pain points and drive up their KPIs.
Essential Skills & Experience
2 - 5 years' experience in a Product Manager / Owner position within a digital environmentData-driven and proactive in identifying problems early and prioritizing deliverablesGood combination of technical and business background, having worked closely with end users to gather requirements and with Engineering team to translate these into user stories that can be developed and tested againstWell-versed in Agile (Scrum) and Lean methodologiesDemonstrable experience managing stakeholders from a wide range of teams and levels of seniorityUnderstanding the principles and importance of a good user experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDesirable Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field of work or equivalent work experienceExperience with building and deploying products across multiple localities, and in environments with users resistant to changeExperience working with UX and Design teams and passionate about creating user-centric experiencesConfidence to run workshops to share knowledge and experience with colleagues from Product teamGood technical understanding of digital platforms including analytics, databases, cloud technologyExperience of Commercial Real EstateEssential Attributes
