Systems/Software Proficiencies: Basic computer skills
Certifications/Licenses:
- OSHA 30 preferred
- CFC Certification
- Driver’s license required
Top Must-Have Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic handyman skills, including HVAC maintenance
- Filter replacement and air quality management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Top Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Mac/Apple computers
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Basic plumbing experience
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED; 1-2 years of experience in HVAC or related field
- Certification as a refrigerant technician (at least 1-2 years of experience)
- Completion of a formal apprenticeship program preferred
- Certification in two or more of the following: Electrical, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration systems, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, plumbing, painting, carpentry, or engine repair
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to present information effectively and interact with customers in a courteous, timely manner
- Knowledge of financial terms and principles, with the ability to comprehend and interpret documents
- Proficient in basic financial calculations such as percentages, discounts, and commissions

Pay: $30.00 - $32.75 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
