Staffing Account Manager
As a Staffing Account Manager with Expedite Technology Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our clients and effectively manage their staffing needs.
The Account Manager will work closely with clients, the recruiting team and candidates to ensure the perfect match for open job opportunities.
Candidate should be local of Alpharetta, GA
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand clients' staffing needs, objectives, and company culture.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Provide guidance on market trends and salary benchmarks to clients.
- Participate in corporate events, charitable functions and coordinate client social activities.
- Address consultant issues, conflicts, or concerns promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
- Account Growth:
- Expand existing client accounts by identifying additional staffing opportunities.
- Cross-sell and upsell staffing services to meet the client's evolving needs.
- Work closely with recruiting/delivery team to determine priority of job requirements.
- Candidate/Consultant Management
- Submit candidates that meet or exceed client job requirements.
- Answer questions and provide information to candidates regarding job opportunities and our organization.
- Coordinate and sponsor consultant lunches and events.
- Contract and Agreement Management:
Ensure new hires meet client compliance and contract terms regarding criminal background or Visa status.
- Administrative
- Develop and update job descriptions and enter them into the Applicant Tracking System as needed.
- Enter sales activity into Salesforce CRM
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in the staffing/recruitment industry as a Recruiter, Account Manager or Outside Salesperson.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Technical Skills:
- Technically savvy with strong PC skills
- Proficient using MS Word, Excel and Teams
- Experience using an HR or Contract Staffing Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management software experience
Pay Criteria:
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year ( Based on experience and skills )
