What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Expedite Technology Solutions?
- This includes registering visitors using various software platforms, greeting visitors, booking conference rooms, ordering catering (including meeting setup/cleanup), stocking pantries and copy rooms, etc.
- There is another person and typically they share the responsibilities throughout the office. Making sure guests have been registered through security.
- Answering any questions that the office may have. Greeting guests, showing them to a conference room.
- Any meetings that have catering associated, working with organizer to get that ordered. Receiving, set up and cleanup.
- Meeting coordination. They have a pantry/café. Full snack rack as well as tea and coffee. Making sure those areas are consistency stocked. Inventory is taken once week.
- Making sure those orders are placed and received. Making sure copy rooms are stocked with paper as well as other supplies.
- Working with IT on any tech issues that come up in conference rooms or copier problems. Assist in planning and executing office events.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $21.00 - $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
