The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the facility operates efficiently. The role requires a hands-on approach to preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, and general facility upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned preventive maintenance (PM) tasks
- Inspect and maintain generators
- Check and repair plumbing systems
- Identify and address roof leaks
- Conduct general building maintenance and repairs
- Perform painting and touch-ups as needed
- Escort and assist vendors during on-site work
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 2-4 years of maintenance experience
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
Technical Skills:
- Basic HVAC, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills
- CMMS experience preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $24.00 - $26.77 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
