What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant/Receptionist position at Expedite Technology Solutions?
- In this position you will be responsible for receiving mail from across the state, completing data collection and data entry on the documents received and scanning documents into our system for further processing by another team.
- This will be a fast-paced position, training will be done on location with management and staff already working and some virtual training as well.
- Applicants should be dependable, with technical skills (familiar working with computers, printers & scanners), be able to work well within a large team and be willing to learn.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.50 per week
Schedule:
