Property Management

We are seeking a Real Estate Services Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing invoices, tracking Certificates of Insurance (COIs), coordinating with tenants and vendors, processing contracts and purchase orders (POs), and handling tenant communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks independently while collaborating with a small team of four.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and track invoices, contracts, and POs.
• Maintain and update COI records.
• Communicate with tenants regarding office closures, maintenance issues, and general inquiries.
• Coordinate with vendors for service requests, such as addressing maintenance issues like roof leaks.
• Ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum: High School Diploma.
• Experience: Some prior work experience required (open to recent college graduates).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $30.79 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
