What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Worker position at Expedite Technology Solutions?
Job Details:
General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) BLS,
Licensure requirement-LMSW or LCSW AND MS STATE LICENSE
Must be SW Case manager with at least 2 years Acute Care Management experience.
Previous experience in large academic Medical Center hospital/Level 1 trauma center is required - UMMC is the only Level 1 trauma center in the state and receives a variety of complex patients and those with no other hospital options.
Will cover all Inpatient units throughout the hospital and will float to the ER when needed
Medical discharge could be some social discharges
Case load/# patients per day/consults per day 15-20

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
