- Route : OTR across all 48 states with the majority of freight east of I35.No forced dispatch into NYC or its 5boroughs.
- Miles : Drivers averagemiles per week (based on Hours of Service andavailability).
- Freight : All notouchfreight .
- 5060% drop &hook
- 4050% liveunload
- Equipment : 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworth trucks.
- Average haul length : 600miles.
- Support : 24 / 7 access to operations specialists with empowered shifts foryour needs.
Compensation andBonuses :
- Mileage Pay : 0.540.60 CPM
- DetentionPay : $12.50 per hour after the secondhour.
- Mileage Bonus : 3CPM based on safety mileage and productivity (eligible on the 1stof the month following your hiredate).
