CDL Class A Lease-to-Purchase OTR Driver – Walk-Away Lease Option
Job Highlights :
Flexible Home Time : Choose your own schedule. Typically, drivers stay out two weeks at a time, but you decide when to take time off.
Bonuses : Additional earnings for passing clean inspections.
Route Flexibility : You're in charge! Select the routes you want to run—no forced dispatch.
Freight Types : Primarily dry van freight, with options for no-touch, live load / unload, and drop-and-hook.
Equipment : Drive a late-model Freightliner truck (2017-2023) with both manual and automatic transmission options.
Team Driving : Teams are welcome to apply, although routes are not dedicated.
Compensation & Benefits :
Revenue Share : Earn 78% of the gross revenue for each load, with 22% going toward company expenses (such as trailer and cargo).
Truck Payments : Weekly payments ranging from $500 to $1,000, averaging $700 per week.
Insurance : Physical damage insurance (PD) costs $200 per week.
Escrow : A $2,500 deposit is required, deducted at $250 per week for 10 weeks (no deductions in your first week).
