Now Hiring : CDL-A Truck Drivers with 3 Months of Experience!
Sign-On Bonus : $1,000 (Paid in two installments)
Job Highlights :
- Schedule : 12 days out on the road, followed by 2 full days off (48 hours) every other weekend.
- Routes : Over-the-road (OTR) across all 48 states. Primarily east of I-35, but routes may vary depending on freight needs.
- Mileage : Average 2,000-2,200 miles per week, based on Hours of Service (HOS) and load availability.
- Freight : All no-touch freight for your convenience.
- Drop & Hook : 50-60% of loads are drop and hook, with 40-50% requiring live unloading.
- City Restrictions : No forced dispatch into NYC or its boroughs.
Equipment & Support :
- Trucks : Late-model 2021 Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths.
- 24 / 7 Support : Operations specialists are available around the clock to assist you.
Pay Structure :
Your pay rate will be determined by your verified experience :
- 3-5 Months : $0.57 per mile
- 6-11 Months : $0.58 per mile
- 12-23 Months : $0.60 per mile
- 2-9 Years : $0.62 per mile
- 10 Years : $0.64 per mile
Additional Pay & Bonuses :
- Detention Pay : $12.50 per hour after the second hour of waiting.
- Layover / Breakdown Pay : $100 per day.
- Sign-On Bonus : $500 after your first load and $500 after 30 days.
