Class A CDL OTR Driver (3 Months Experience)
$1,000 SOB (Sign On Bonus)
Job Features :
- Schedule : 12 days on the road, 48 hours off every other weekend.
- Routes : OTR, mostly east of I-35, with some variation based on available freight.
- Miles per Week : 2,000 2,200 miles on average.
- Freight : All no-touch freight.
- Drop & Hook : 50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unloading.
- City Restrictions : No NYC or borough deliveries.
Equipment & Assistance :
- Trucks : 2021 Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths.
- Driver Assistance : 24 / 7 support.
Pay Rates :
- 0-5 Months : $0.57 / mile
- 6-11 Months : $0.58 / mile
- 12-23 Months : $0.60 / mile
- 2-9 Years : $0.62 / mile
- 10 Years : $0.64 / mile
Extra Earnings :
- Layover / Breakdown Pay : $100 / day.
- Mileage Bonus : 3¢ / mile for safe, productive driving (after the first month).
- Sign-On Bonus : $500 after the first load, $500 after 30 days.
Rider & Pet Policy :
- Riders : 10 years old (with guardian approval for those under 18).
- Pets : 1 dog or 1 cat (max 80 lbs). No aggressive breeds.
