CDL-A OTR Truck Driver (3 Months Experience)
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus!
Job Details :
- Schedule : 12 days on the road with 48 hours off every other weekend.
- Routes : OTR, primarily east of I-35 with some variability depending on freight.
- Mileage : Average of 2,000 2,200 miles / week.
- Freight : All no-touch.
- Drop & Hook : 50-60% drop & hook; 40-50% live unloading.
- City Restrictions : No mandatory NYC or borough deliveries.
Trucks & Support :
- Trucks : 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths.
- Support : 24 / 7 driver assistance.
Pay Structure :
- Per Mile Rates :
- 0-5 Months : $0.57 / mile
- 6-11 Months : $0.58 / mile
- 12-23 Months : $0.60 / mile
- 2-9 Years : $0.62 / mile
- 10 Years : $0.64 / mile
Additional Compensation :
- Detention Pay : $12.50 / hour after 2 hours.
- Layover / Breakdown Pay : $100 / day.
- Mileage Bonus : 3¢ / mile for safe driving after the first month.
- Sign-On Bonus : $500 after your first load, another $500 after 30 days.
Pet & Rider Policy :
- Riders : 10 years and older (under 18 with guardian approval).
