Mileage :
Drivers typically run 2,000-2,200 miles per week (dependent on Hours of Service and availability).

Equipment & Support :
- Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths.
- Average length of haul : 400 miles.
- Access 24 / 7 operations support, no matter the time of day. Our dedicated team is always here to help.
Vacation Package :
- 1 Year 1 week
- 3 Years 2 weeks
- 7 Years 3 weeks
- 15 Years 4 weeks
Pay & Bonuses :
- Detention Pay : $12.50 per hour after the second hour.
- Layover / Breakdown Pay : $100 per day.
- Performance Bonus : Earn up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity (starting the first of the month following hire).
- Sign-On Bonus (SOB) : $500 after your first load and another $500 after 30 days of active employment.
