Class A CDL Long Haul Driver (3 Months Experience)
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus
Job Overview :
- Schedule : 12 days on the road, 48 hours off every other weekend.
- Routes : Over-the-road (OTR), primarily east of I-35 with occasional variations depending on freight.
- Mileage : 2,000 2,200 miles per week on average (subject to load availability and HOS).
- Freight : No-touch freight for your convenience.
- Drop & Hook : 50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unloading.
- City Restrictions : No NYC or borough deliveries.
Equipment & Support :
- Trucks : Late-model Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths (2021 and newer).
- Driver Support : 24 / 7 assistance available.
Pay Structure :
- 0-5 Months : $0.57 / mile
- 6-11 Months : $0.58 / mile
- 12-23 Months : $0.60 / mile
- 2-9 Years : $0.62 / mile
- 10 Years : $0.64 / mile
Additional Pay :
- Detention : $12.50 / hour after 2 hours.
- Layover / Breakdown : $100 / day.
- Mileage Bonus : 3¢ / mile for safe, productive driving (after the first month).
- Sign-On Bonus : $500 after your first load, and another $500 after 30 days.
Rider & Pet Policy :
- Riders : Must be 10 years old (under 18 with guardian approval).
