Now Hiring : CDL-A Company Truck Drivers (3 Months Experience)
Sign-On Bonus : $1,000 (Paid in Two Installments)
Position Details :
- Schedule : 12 days on the road followed by 2 full days off (48 hours) every other weekend.
- Routes : Over-the-road (OTR) across all 48 states. Primarily east of I-35, but routes may change based on freight needs.
- Weekly Mileage : Average 2,000 2,200 miles per week, depending on Hours of Service (HOS) and available loads.
- Freight : All no-touch freight for added convenience.
- Drop & Hook : 50-60% drop and hook, with 40-50% requiring live unloading.
- City Restrictions : No mandatory dispatch into NYC or its boroughs.
Equipment & Support :
- Trucks : Late-model 2021 Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths.
- 24 / 7 Support : Our operations team is available around the clock to assist you.
Pay Details :
- 3-5 Months : $0.57 per mile
- 6-11 Months : $0.58 per mile
- 12-23 Months : $0.60 per mile
- 2-9 Years : $0.62 per mile
- 10 Years : $0.64 per mile
Additional Pay & Bonuses :
- Detention Pay : $12.50 per hour after the second hour of wait time.
- Layover / Breakdown Pay : $100 per day.
- Sign-On Bonus : $500 after your first load and another $500 after 30 days.
- Mileage Bonus : Earn an extra 3 cents per mile based on safety, mileage, and productivity. Eligibility starts the month after your hire date.
