Position : Lease to Purchase OTR Driver
One year of verifiable experience is required
Compensation : 20% of gross goes to the company (including cargo and trailer).
Truck Payments : $700 weekly (variable between $500 - $1000).
Insurance : $200 weekly for PD insurance.
Escrow $2500 required, weekly $250 for 10 weeks
Additional Details :
Incentives : Bonus for clean inspections.
Home Time : Recommended 2 weeks out, flexible based on the driver's preference.
Dispatch : No forced dispatch; drivers can choose their driving frequency.
Freight : Live load / unload, no drop and hook, no touch freight; only dry van loads.
Equipment : Freightliner (2017-2023); both automatic and manual trucks available.
Teams : Team drivers are welcome; no dedicated routes.
Personal Policies : Pets may be allowed, but no passengers.
Amenities : The company can install APU, inverters, fridge, and sleeper features.
Pay Schedule : Weekly payments every Friday.
