What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team competitive pay position at Expedite Tigers?
Sign-On Bonus : Up to $15,000 Split
Position Overview :
- Driving Lanes : Run across all 48 states
- Freight : 80% drop & hook, 100% no-touch
- Weekly Miles : Average 5,500
Compensation Based on Experience :
Pay is determined by verified experience upon hiring, with team drivers earning between $0.56 - $0.66 CPM split.
CPM Pay Breakdown :
- 3 months : $0.56 CPM split
- 4-6 months : $0.60 CPM split
- 7-12 months : $0.61 CPM split
- 13 months : Up to $0.66 CPM split based on experience
Additional Pay & Bonuses :
- Hazmat Load Bonus : $150 split
- Detention Pay : $12.50 per hour per driver after the second hour
- Layover / Breakdown Pay : $100 per day
- Mileage Bonus : Up to $0.14 CPM split for teams running high monthly miles
Home Time :
- 3 weeks out for 3 days at home
- For each additional week out, earn an extra day at home (up to 7 days max)
Modern Equipment
Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias with priority shop service.
Mileage Bonus : Earn additional CPM based on total monthly miles :
- 20,000 - 21,999 miles : $0.02 CPM split
- 22,000 - 23,999 miles : $0.06 CPM split
- 24,000 - 25,999 miles : $0.10 CPM split
- 26,000 miles : $0.14 CPM split
Sign-On Bonus Options :
- $12,000 Split : For teams with less than one year of experience together or if team matching is needed ($6K per driver)
- $15,000 Split : For teams with over a year of verifiable experience together ($7.5K per driver)
Installment Schedule : Paid over a period based on load completion and time with us.
