Position Overview:
The Global Visa Specialist – India/APAC Focus plays a critical role in delivering exceptional visa and documentation services for high-level clients, including corporate travelers, flight departments, and tour operators. This position primarily supports clients across India and the Asia-Pacific region, while also assisting with EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) requests when needed.
This role requires strong attention to detail, expertise in global visa requirements, and a client-first mindset. The Specialist manages the full lifecycle of visa applications—from consultation and intake to processing and final delivery—while working closely with embassies, consulates, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Application Support:
- Provide expert guidance on global visa requirements, procedures, and documentation for travelers from India, APAC, and EMEA regions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries via email, phone, or video, delivering timely and professional responses.
- Ensure clear communication throughout the visa process, from initial inquiry to final delivery.
Visa Processing & Embassy Liaison:
- Process visa applications according to each country’s specific requirements, reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate directly with consulates, embassies, and processing centers across supported regions.
- Audit issued visas to confirm they meet the client’s request and specifications.
- Prioritize and organize incoming requests based on urgency (standard vs. rush processing).
Administrative & Workflow Management:
- Use internal systems to initiate, track, and complete visa processing tasks.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of client interactions and documentation.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, invoice, shipping coordination, and document filing.
High-Level Client Engagement:
- Support G3’s elite clients, such as executives and flight crew members, with white-glove service.
- Build and manage strong, ongoing client relationships.
- Track expiration dates and proactively manage renewal timelines.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Business, Travel/Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Experience:
- 2 years in visa processing, immigration services, or travel documentation.
- Experience with India, Asia-Pacific, and EMEA regions is strongly preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of global visa requirements and consular processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; other languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed global team.
- Technology: Comfortable using CRM systems, document management tools, and Microsoft Office.
Work Schedule & Requirements:
- Monday through Friday in the evening hours to accommodate customers in other global areas such as India.
- Must be available to support India and Asia-Pacific clients, with flexibility to assist EMEA when required.
- Independent role requiring sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
