  • Coordinate directly with consulates, embassies, and processing centers across supported regions.
  • Audit issued visas to confirm they meet the client’s request and specifications.

Administrative & Workflow Management:

  • Maintain accurate digital and physical records of client interactions and documentation.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, invoice, shipping coordination, and document filing.

High-Level Client Engagement:

  • Support G3’s elite clients, such as executives and flight crew members, with white-glove service.

  • Suggests improvements to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

Client Service

  • Delivers exceptional service with a strong attention to personalized client needs.
  • Proactively follows up to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed global team.
  • Technology: Comfortable using CRM systems, document management tools, and Microsoft Office.

Work Schedule & Requirements:

  • Monday through Friday in the evening hours to accommodate customers in other global areas such as India.
  • Must be available to support India and Asia-Pacific clients, with flexibility to assist EMEA when required.
