What are the responsibilities and job description for the Air Export Agent Part Time Thursday and Friday 8am-6pm position at Expeditors?
- Track and Trace shipments.< / li>
- Prepare handle and process shipment documentation including house and master air waybills commercial documents and customs / regulatory documents.< / li>
- Accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.< / li>
- Dispatch freight.< / li>
- Communicate effectively with customers vendors other Expeditors offices worldwide and coworkers through high volume of email phone instant message and person to person.< / li>
- Monitor reports.< / li>
- Accurate and timely client billing.< / li>
- Contribute to maintaining strong service provider relationships airlines trucking companies and others.< / li>
- Maintain compliance standards at all times including internal policies and procedures external government regulations and customer requirements.< / li>
- Meet key performance indicators to support department branch product and company goals.< / li>
- Desire to understand overall department process flow and constantly seek opportunities for improved efficiency.< / li>< / ul>
