Job Description
Entry level position that provides opportunity for advancement based on success. Heavy focus on international airfreight and includes basic warehouse activities / inventory management. Strong training program available to develop skillset with leading global logistics provider.
- Position Hours are 11am-8pm Monday-Friday
- Timely and professional communication with clients and offices through high volume of email, phone, instant message, and in person.
- Tracking and tracing of freight
- Preparation of quotes to clients
- Client notification of shipment delays, missing cargo, damaged freight
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operations system
- Ensure accurate and timely client billing
- Ensure compliance at all times to regulations
- Dispatch freight
- Monitor reports
- Contribute to maintaining strong vendor relationships - airlines, trucking companies, and others
- Meet key performance indicators in support of department, branch, product, and company goals
- Desire to understand overall department process flow and constantly seek opportunities for improved efficiency
- Escalation of problems to Management when necessary

Additional Information
Expected base salary : $22 / hr to $24 / hr
May be eligible for bonus following first year of continuous employment in position.
