Experience
- A minimum of fifteen (15) years of technical experience supporting programs/projects, including:
- Equipment Support
- System Support
- Programmatic Support
- At least eight (8) years of Program Management experience, covering:
- Technology Assessments
- Systems Design
- Systems Analysis
- Programmatic Support
- Acquisition Planning
- Budget Planning
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
- Strong written and oral communication skills appropriate for a management role.
- Five (5) years of experience managing penetration testing efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Certified DAWIA Advanced/Level 2-3 in Program Management is required.
