ROLE
We are seeking an exceptional Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives demand, elevates the brand, and supports long-term growth. This role requires a bright, highly creative, ambitious, and analytical individual who can not only develop marketing strategies but also execute the day-to-day in a growth environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Marketing : Craft and implement innovative marketing strategies across digital, traditional, and experiential channels that align with Experi’s values and market opportunities.
- Campaign Management : Plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive demand, build awareness, and effectively communicate our unique benefits.
- Digital Marketing : Lead our day-to-day digital marketing, including SEO, social media, email marketing, online advertising, and other digital engagement efforts.
- Brand Management : Ensure our brand is consistently and accurately represented across all marketing and communication channels.
- Industry Partnerships : Identify and develop strategic partnerships and public relations opportunities that enhance our brand and drive partner and guest growth.
- Analytics and Reporting : Monitor, analyze, and report on past performance of marketing campaigns to build a results-oriented marketing approach.
- Market Research and Future Insights : Conduct and analyze market research to identify trends, measure brand perception, and understand partner and guest needs and opportunities.
