Job Description
The Business Analyst Intern will work under the Sr. CRM Manager and join our CRM Operations team. You will work with different teams and help support our CRM projects by assisting with data analysis, project coordination and SQL-based reporting.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain project documentation, update status report, and communicate project milestones.
- Support data exploration and data extraction using SQL, ensuring data accuracy.
- Support the team in analyzing data to provide applicable insights into customer behavior, campaign performance, and CRM effectiveness.
- Investigate data errors / discrepancies and SQL job / file transmission failures.
- Develop well documented, performance optimized SQL scripts for production deployment.
- Troubleshoot and update existing SQL jobs that error / time out or require performance tuning.
- Currently enrolled in a minimum of a Bachelor's program in Business, Information Technology, CS or a related field
- Return to school in Fall 2025 to complete degree
- Experience with SQL and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce marketing Cloud, HubSpot)
