Job Description
- Work with clients to address their needs and provide solutions.
- Present detailed reports to clients and management.
- Manage client records and documentation.
- Perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy in client accounts.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve client satisfaction.
- Hybrid role coming into the Franklin, TN office 2 to 3 times a week.
- Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in client services or a related field.
