What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cyber Defense Specialist US Remote position at Experian?
Experians Cyber Fusion Centre (CFC) is designed to leverage the best technology with our highly trained security experts to detect and investigate cyber security attacks and insider threats around the world.
Experian CFC is seeking a Cyber Defense Specialist to help identify design and implement effective countermeasures to prevent cyber intrusions. You will be part of a worldclass organization and lead a global team of highly skilled and innovative people to help us stay ahead of adversaries. This individual contributor role is part of the Threat Intelligence team which focuses on defending against emerging threats supporting investigations and delivering situational awareness to the business.
You will report to the Global Head of Threat Intelligence.
Youll have the opportunity to :
- Track threat clusters posing threats to Experian infrastructure identify develop and implement countermeasures in our environment to prevent attacks from critical cyber threats.
- Use SIEM enterprise endpoint network and cloud security tools to understand defense coverage and identify security gaps and areas of improvement in overall security posture.
- Identify and create ways to address security gaps including :
