You will report to the Senior Director HR and be in a hybrid position working from our office in Costa Mesa CA. You will be accountable for leadership team effectiveness organizational engagement and performance while also defining and operationalizing talent plans. You will analyze trends and metrics to develop impactful solutions and programs provide coaching to leadership and lead longterm organizational and talent strategies. Role Scope :
- Act as a strategic partner to align business goals fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
- Deliver department and talent strategy to promote growth and desired outcomes. Includes driving transformation changes workforce plans and culture strategies
- Accountable for leadership team and effectiveness department engagement and performance defining and operationalizing talent plan
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR and business colleagues to develop solutions and programs
- Provide coaching to leadership on a variety of actions to include employee relations talent management and development and organizational design consultation
- Deliver longterm team and talent strategies and succession plans for department leadership including building leadership teams
- Deliver talent programs (e.g. Talent Reviews Succession Planning) at leadership team levels
- Organize teams accountable for building programs
- Mentor other Generalists to help reach their career goals and enhance our HRBP capability and expand our growth across Experian
