At EAT, we offer a unique dining experience with our famous all-you-can-eat Dungeness Crab Feast, serving guests from all over the world.
Your Role:
As a server at the George Inlet Lodge, you'll be more than just a server – you'll be a storyteller, an entertainer, and a key player in creating memorable experiences for our guests. You'll work alongside a fantastic team to provide a fun, educational, and delicious dining experience. Whether you're taking drink orders, delivering food, or sharing fascinating stories about Alaska, you'll be making a difference in our guests' adventures.

Duties Include:
- Perform an entertaining and informative skit for dining guests.
- Create a fun and enjoyable atmosphere in our banquet-style dining rooms.
- Prepare dining rooms for meals, ensuring everything is set up perfectly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver food promptly and address any issues.
- Take and deliver drink orders, ensuring compliance with identification requirements.
- Assist with various tasks such as dishwashing, gift shop, laundry, and more.
Requirements:
- Alaska Food Handlers Certification
- TAPS Certification (provided on-site)
- Legally able to serve alcohol – Age 21 and over
- Background check and drug test
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift to 35lbs
- Excellent time management skills and teamwork abilities
