SUMMARY
Experience Fresh is a full-service, independent agency based in St. Louis. We are looking to add a Designer to our fast-growing team. This role will provide design support within the Creative team, collaborating closely with the Art Director and other team members. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work across a variety of clients in different industries while growing and developing as a designer. A strong willingness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to meet fast-paced deadlines are essential.

KEY SKILLS & PROFICIENCIES
- Strong design portfolio showcasing creative work
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals, including layout, typography, and color theory
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Familiarity with Figma and digital design best practices
- Understanding of UX/UI principles is a plus
- Basic knowledge of animation and/or photography is a bonus but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to take direction and constructive feedback
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Art Director and Creative team with design projects across various mediums
- Support in the creation of visual assets for digital, print, and social media
- Help refine and execute designs based on project briefs and team feedback
- Organize and maintain design files and project assets
- Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Stay up to date on design trends and industry best practices

Schedule: 40 hours per week, hybrid role with in-office work; available for phone calls and meetings outside of normal business hours
