Responsibilities :
- Assists in collecting the documents and required forms needed for the new residents’ admission by collaborating with the sales team.
- Ensure state compliance with the initial chart and resident file setup.
- Assist DHW in audits and state specific team member training as needed.
- Assist DHW with state inspections / surveys and collection of any required documentation in preparation of survey.
- Assist with interview scheduling for the department and on-going hiring.
- Assist DHW with managing call offs and scheduling during the day.
- Other administrative duties as assigned by the DHW and Executive Director as needed.
- May perform other duties as assigned
